‘A Trafficker In Chief’: Ashley Moody Blasts Biden Over Policies That Ruined Communities
Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody slammed former President Joe Biden during an interview on Tuesday after arriving in Washington, D.C., to be sworn in as the next U.S. Senator from the state of Florida.
Moody said that one of the first things she did after Biden came into office was she sued the administration for reversing decades-long precedent of deporting criminal illegal aliens and and instead allowing them to stay in the U.S. where they often times committed more crimes.
“One of the first things that Biden did, and this is one of the reasons, and I don’t say this lightly, he really became a trafficker in chief,” she told Fox News’ Dana Perino. “One of the first things he did was tell local law enforcement officials to start releasing people who had been arrested on serious felonies, who were here illegally, back into the communities.”
“This reversed precedent under Democrat and Republican administrations,” she continued. “It was one of the first suits that we brought, and it was frustrating, because the courts told us states, you don’t have standing to sue, you can’t sue.”
She said that Biden released the criminal illegal aliens back into U.S. communities where they continued to victimize Americans.
“The Laken Riley Act, passed last night by the U.S. Senate, will no longer allow the type of reckless policies the Biden administration implemented,” she noted in a post that featured video from her interview. “This legislation will permanently end what I was fighting the Biden administration to stop and keep violent illegal aliens out of our communities.”

She also thanked President Donald Trump for signing a flurry of executive orders on Monday that immediately helped reverse many of failed policies of the disastrous Biden administration.
“I commend President Trump for living up to his promises,” she said. “We have a commander in chief back in the White House that puts prosperity and safety for Americans first.”
