How A Swiss Travel Consultancy, with connections to a Global Food Empire trafficked young girls… to win a car
In this series, we delve into the clandestine world of trafficking, camouflaged in plain sight along the shores of Lake Geneva. Founded in 2007 by David Perroud and Peter Mohn, M1nd-Set offers market research services to global entities like airports, tour operators, and airlines.
We hear from Tatia (whose name we’ve altered at her request), recruited by David Perroud from her hometown in Russia. Tasked with modeling and conducting surveys for luxury car giveaways within airports, Tatia soon finds herself ensnared in uncomfortable situations from which escape seems impossible, her wages held in a Swiss bank.
Through interviews with six other women, we uncover parallel tales of trafficking and coercion.
M1nd-Set’s operations do not exist in isolation. In forthcoming episodes, we expose correspondences between M1nd-Set executives and leaders of renowned Swiss companies such as SwissPort, Nestlé, Swiss Airlines, as well as global giants like Qatar Airways and AENA.
M1nd-Set’s marketing materials boast of their unfettered access to over 60 airports worldwide, as we peek inside the hidden world of international trafficking, and the mechanics that facilitated Epstein’s Lolita Express.
